We want to make sure everything goes smoothly for you. That's why we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping costs on your original order, however, are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that is damaged, shows signs of wear (no deodorant stains!), is dirty, or is missing any original parts, tags, or the hygienic liner. All sale items (including site-wide sales) are non-returnable and not eligible for an exchange. Standard exchanges are shipped via ground shipping as soon as your order has been received and reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.
